Payment Options
For orders shipping within Malaysia, we offer the following payment methods:
• Credit and Debit Card: We accept VISA, MasterCard, for transfer below RM 15,000.00
• Verified by Visa or MasterCard SecureCode: For your protection against fraud, we offer Verified by Visa and MasterCard SecureCode to confirm your identity. Note: these programs are a security feature for online transactions. It does not guarantee that your order will be approved by your bank.
• Online bank transfer (FPX): For transfer below RM 15,000.00
• Offline bank transfer:Only applicable for orders above RM 15,000.00
Do you provide instalment plan?
Yes, we offer offline installment provided by CIMB:
• 6 Months, 0% interest
• 12 Months, 0% interest
The offline instalment option is only available at our KL showroom.
How do I pay using a Credit/Debit card and is it safe?
We accept all Visa and MasterCard, both Credit and Debit, which is 3-D Secure (Verified by Visa and MasterCard Secure) enabled. All your credit card information is protected by means of the industry-leading encryption standards.
Please note that additional charges may be incurred if you are using a non-Malaysian issued card due to Foreign Exchange.
Do you keep my credit card details?
Your security is important to us and we take it very seriously. Every credit card transaction occurs within a secure environment. We do not retain your credit card information after your order is completed; it will be submitted directly to our banks.
How can I know if my payment was successful or fail?
You will be notified via email within 24 hours upon completion of order confirmation.
Please be aware of your bank reconciliation schedule as this might have an impact on your payment (payment cannot be performed during bank reconciliation time).
Bank reconciliation time only affects payment method via Online Banking and will happen at around 11.30 p.m. to 1.30 a.m. depending on your bank.
